Rough Rider President Teddy Roosevelt to come to the Library
Rapid City, S.D. – February 1, 2011 – Meet the Rough Rider President at the libraries’ Community Voices program on Thursday, February 9, from 6:30-8 p.m. Darrel Draper, an independent scholar from Omaha, Nebraska will portray Theodore Roosevelt. His presentation will include President Roosevelt’s personal and political life as well as his ranching experience in Dakota Territory. This event takes place at the downtown Rapid City Public Library located at 610 Quincy St.
